This unique roast from Timor-Leste demonstrates the unique setting of where it was grown in its deep flavour.

The coffee grows in amongst the truly wild and organically grown coffee forest surrounded by the shade of Ai-Samtuku (Albizia) trees. The coffee is provided with a good balance of sun and shade in which to grow and mature and slow pace. This allows for optimum sweetness when harvested.

All the 25 small holder farmer members of the Erato Group follow the same traditional processing methods, ensuring that only the ripest cherries are picked and processed…the results? A flavour profile that is incredibly sweet with a subtle hint of cinnamon.

This limited edited roast named “Path of the Gods” has been created to support Paul Harris aka “The Warrior Walker” and the efforts he is taking to raise awareness and funds for mental health charities throughout the UK. For each bag purchased, £1 will go to supporting Paul on his second lap walking around the UK, and £1 will go to mental health charities in the UK.
